If you’re looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. I’ve waited two months before writing this review so as to evaluate their work. Don’t hesitate to hire Northland Roofing. Thank you Antonio.
